Wardrobe PLM — Apparel Manufacturing ERP

Led the design and development of Wardrobe PLM, a comprehensive Product Lifecycle Management and ERP platform built for the apparel manufacturing industry. The system unifies the entire operation — from order inception to shipment — into a single integrated environment.

The platform spans 19 interconnected modules: Merchandise, Planner, Cut2Pack, HRIS, Payroll, Accounts, Commercial, Inventory, Supply Chain Management, IPE, Quality Assurance, Knitting, Wet Process, Print & Embroidery, Design & Development, Vehicle Management, Information Technology, and System Management. Each module operates independently while sharing a common data layer, so production, inventory, costing, and HR data stay consistent across the business.

Key engineering focus areas included a normalised database schema designed for high transaction volume, query and indexing optimisation for reporting across large datasets, granular role-based access control mapped to organisational hierarchy, and a modular architecture that allows new modules to be added without disrupting existing ones.

Tech: Laravel, PHP, MySQL, Vue.js, RESTful APIs
