Problem

What was unclear or broken

A vertically-integrated knitwear exporter sells on capacity and compliance, not a brand story - a buyer deciding whether to place an order needs the production-stage capacities (knitting, dyeing, yarn dyeing, washing, garment dyeing, printing, embroidery, cutting, sewing, packaging), the compliance certifications (BSCI, OEKO-TEX, Sedex, WRAP), and a direct line to the Managing Director to read as one continuous case, not a set of pages a buyer could click away from halfway through.

Constraint

What I was working against

Eleven separate production-capacity figures across ten manufacturing stages, a six-step service pitch (order, design, scale, source, manufacture, deliver), and six certification logos all needed to read in sequence rather than as disconnected feature blurbs, while still ending on one visible contact form and Managing Director profile rather than routing the buyer through a separate team or contact-us page.

Decision

The call I made

I structured the whole brief as one long anchor-linked scroll (hero, product categories, services, facilities/capacity, certifications, gallery, contact) instead of splitting it into Texeurop's usual multi-page layout, so a buyer moving from 'what do you make' to 'can I trust your compliance' to 'how do I reach you' never leaves the page - each section hands off to the next via in-page anchors rather than a fresh page load.

Outcome

What shipped

Shipped a single-page site live at texeuropbd.com: a rotating hero, polo/T-shirt/sweatshirt product categories, the six-step service model, a Managing Director profile, eleven production-capacity figures across every vertical stage, six compliance certification logos, a nine-image factory/showroom gallery, a downloadable company-profile PDF, and a working 'Send Message' contact form alongside the factory (Gazipur) and head-office (Dhaka) addresses.

Retrospective

What I'd change

Revisiting the live site now, several sections still carry placeholder copy - the Latest News posts, the Our Products/Portfolio grids, and the testimonial names haven't been replaced with real content, and the nav's 'Pricing' link points at a section that doesn't exist on the page. If I touch this project again, filling those placeholders (or removing the sections/nav link entirely) would do more for credibility than any new feature.

Designed and developed the official corporate website for Texeurop (BD) Ltd., a garments and textile manufacturing company. Built on Laravel with a fully responsive, mobile-first layout and a clean, professional design aligned with the company's brand identity.

The site includes dynamic pages for company profile, services, product lines, factory and compliance information, gallery, and contact — all managed through a custom-built admin panel. The client team can update content, images, and page sections independently, with no developer involvement required.

Emphasis was placed on clean MVC architecture, optimized database queries, fast page loads, and SEO-friendly URLs and markup for better search visibility.
